Individuals with experience in maintenance, construction, carpet cleaning, flood emergency service, janitorial, restaurant, hospitality experience are encourage to apply. (IICRC certifications are a plus but not necessary). This position requires frequent overtime, weekend, and/or "on call" availability. Requirements also include a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
